Our work includes process and information flow redesign, ERP/WMS/TMS integration, inventory control, warehouse and distribution center design, 3PL selection, transport optimization, balanced scorecard/KPI design, and governance-led transformation programs.

The firm also advises on enterprise architecture domains across business, data, information systems, infrastructure, and technology, applying frameworks such as TOGAF, SCOR, APQC, LEAN, and ARTS.
